Dorothee Stein is the Director Service and Hospitality Performance Management at Dubai Airports and a part of her customer service delivery responsibilities is being in-charge of the FM Soft Services comprising of Cleaning Services, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Indoor Plants and Passenger Trolley Services. She leads a team of 250 in-house employees and 1700 employees are engaged on output-based contracts, working across all Terminals and Facilities at Dubai International and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Stuart Harrison has over 27 years’ experience in technical, operations and senior business roles, across facilities management, construction and engineering projects, including managing services in critical environments, such as international gateway airports, hospitals and healthcare. Her extensive experience and passion for her work (she is currently also Housekeeping Manager at Grand Hyatt Dubai & Functional Specialist Housekeeping for Hyatt Hotels) has also meant she has been awarded the Housekeeper of the year by the Hotelier Middle East Magazine in 2008, 2010 and again in 2019.
